1. DMCA Notice Filing Guidelines
To file a copyright infringement notice with Shayari Metro, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:

2. How We Handle Infringement Claims
Upon receipt of a valid, complete DMCA notice, Shayari Metro will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also attempt to notify the user who posted the disputed content (if applicable) and inform them of the takedown.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
